Is today over yet? Most days I dont even START asking myself that until 8pm or so! 😉
I have had a run of bad days…. And I’m looking for a distraction from the pain until this flare starts to wane….
I think we all do this as a way to manage our pain…. Once the meds kick in and don’t have the desired effect, when self care doesn’t seem to make a difference…. When you just NEED to think about something else for a little while…. It’s time for a distraction, right?
I will watch a movie, make some jewelry, read a book, take out some knitting, have a hot bath…. Play Bejeweled (my new iPod game that I’ve become very quickly addicted to!)
