Can I just say, that I am absolutely BUZZING with anticipation over the VERY FIRST ROUND OF THE GRACEFUL AGONY BLOG CARNIVAL???
The topic and Date has been set, and we are READY TO GO!! I cannot WAIT to read all of your submissions! We have a stunning group for the very first round, and I just wanted to say THANK YOU to each and every one of you for all the support and love… It is overwhelming to me – and I am SO proud to be a part of this AMAZING GROUP!!
The Topic for the FIRST ROUND was left up to a vote, and almost 50% of the votes went to “Let Me Introduce Myself”… This seems like a good place to start… and is quite a generic topic, so please run with it!! Get creative!! What brought you to Graceful Agony in the first place? What is something that nobody knows about you yet? What makes YOU tick? WHO ARE YOU????

I am trying to spread the word now that it is ‘custom’ in a blog carnival to create a new post once that Carnival Round goes live, and blog about your experience taking part in that round – and link back to the article (so this time that would be THIS article), that way your readers can follow along if they choose to as well.
I don’t think I made that clear to everyone, and that was my bad…

Jo – if you just add the badge to your carnival post as a picture or script or however it’s been created, we can all just copy it and add it to our individual posts.
Or you can add it in a widget in the sidebar like the award graphics, if you want it to be visible all the time, not just on carnival related posts.

I’m happy to host the image to make it easier but if you’d like you can also upload it to your blog’s gallery and then change the code accordingly. But for now I uploaded it to my design request gallery.
So here’s a snippet of code that people can copy and add to their posts:

It has the link in it for this thread although I had thought maybe the carnival would have a new thread with a list of links to the participating blog entries??? because otherwise how will people come back out to find us?
